Our focus is on the major areas of tension, held in the head, neck and shoulders, one of the major areas of pain.
This pain, is a result of muscular nerve entrapment, leading to upper extremity disorders and dysfunction. Including
numbness and tingling in the arm, hand and finger tips. Other discomforts, such as stiff neck, and inability to turn
the head, without pain, often find relief. Nerve entrapment, left untreated, may lead to carpel tunnel syndrome,
tennis elbow, decrease in circulation in the head neck and shoulder area. Tightness and constriction, is released
through a combination of techniques, including pressure point therapy, myofascial and cranial release therapy, and the ancient art
of Abbyanga (therapeutic oils and manipulation). This healing and restorative therapy, increases circulation to the
